1. About Lumora

Lumora (“the Service”) is a self-reflection tool that uses tarot card imagery and AI-generated text to help users sit with their own thoughts. It is provided strictly for entertainment and personal reflection.

Lumora is NOT a prediction or fortune-telling service. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. It does NOT guarantee any specific outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or make any purchase. By using Lumora you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You sign in via a magic link delivered to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure. We do not store passwords because we do not use them.

4. What you get

• Free tier — one reading per calendar day, refreshed each day.
• Credit packs (one-time purchase) — a fixed number of additional readings that do not expire. No auto-renewal. Pay once, use whenever.
• Monthly subscription — unlimited readings during the active billing period. Auto-renews each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments. Dodo appears as the seller on your bank statement. Currency, applicable taxes, and consumer-protection rights are governed by Dodo’s own terms and your local law.

6. Refunds

• Monthly subscription: we do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. Cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
• Credit packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Email support@lumora.app to request.
• All refunds are subject to Dodo Payments’ processing policy and timing.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to circumvent the free-reading quota or paywall
• automate, scrape, or otherwise programmatically access the service outside of normal browser use
• use the service for any illegal purpose, or to harass, harm, or defraud others
• resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any reading the service generates for you

8. Intellectual property

The Lumora name, logo, copy, illustrations, and interface are our property. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and share personally; you may not sell or republish them as a product or service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. AI-generated text may contain inaccuracies and is not professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@lumora.app.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the email address on file. Continued use after notification means acceptance of the updated terms.
